A portion of Miss Lily's profits support the Rockhouse Foundation a New York based 501(c)3 charity focused on eduction in Jamaica. Miss Lily's sister hotel in Jamaica is the Rockhouse Hotel on the cliffs of Negril. Over a decade ago they established the Rockhouse Foundation with a mission to transform the places where Jamaica's children learn and supports the great people who teach them.
The Rockhouse Foundation has invested over US$3 million in projects improving education for the Negril area's children. Since its inception, the Foundation has completely transformed and modernized five local public schools: Moreland Hill Primary and Infant Schools, Negril All Age School, Negril Basic School, Little Bay All Age and Infant Schools, Bunch of Stars E.C.I., in addition to the complete renovation and expansion of the Negril Community Library. The latest project for the foundation is the establishment of the regions first Special Needs Early Childhood School in Savannah La Mar, the parish's capital.
