The flagship location of Miss Lily’s opened in the heart of New York City’s Soho neighborhood in 2011. Located by the corner of West Houston and Sullivan Streets, Miss Lily’s Soho includes a Jamaican style Diner & Jerk Shack and an organic Juice Bar run by downtown juicing legend Melvin Major Jr., a 25-year veteran of New York’s juicing scene. 

The restaurant’s sunny decor was inspired by the diners, fast food joints, hair salons, record shops, and bakeries that serve the West Indian diaspora - vibrant and cheerful interiors feature checkered floors, vinyl booths, and walls decked out with album covers spanning 50 years of Jamaican music history.
