Miss Lily’s opened their first international outpost inside Dubai’s Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in 2016, bringing their highly celebrated Caribbean cuisine and sunny vibes to the Middle East for the first time.
Executive Chef Adam Schop has curated a menu that draws from the diverse roots of Jamaican cuisine featuring signature Miss Lily’s dishes like Jerk Chicken, Oxtail Stew, Grilled Jerk Corn, Jerk Ramen and more. Additionally, Chef Schop has created several dishes that are exclusive to the Dubai outpost including Pimento & Tamarind Glazed Lamb Ribs, Chili King Crab and Slow Roasted Pimento Short Rib.
